Chapter 7: I want to f*ck you
Zhou An touched the bed and whispered to Zhou Sui: "Sister, bed."
The two sisters have been sleeping on cardboard these days. Zhou Sui sleeps against the wall for most of the night. Both of them almost forgot how big and comfortable the bed is.
Zhou An asked while touching the bed: "Sister, can we sleep here?"
"No." Zhou Sui touched her head, "This is other people's place, we can't sleep."
"Okay." Zhou An retracted, no longer touching the bed with her little hands. She just ate the food in her mouth and asked, "Sister, when can we go home?"
Zhou Sui took a sip of water: "It's almost time."
When the war is over, they can go home, but they don't know how long will this war last...

When Zhou Sui and Zhou An passed by the aunt, she pretended to tie her shoes, lowered her head and threw the medicine in front of the aunt. She didn't say anything, and when she got up, she led Zhou An back to their corner.
The aunt held the pill and looked at her with wide eyes. Then she shed tears, clasped her hands and knelt down to kowtow to her.
Zhou Sui pretended not to see it, only Zhou An asked in a small voice: "Sister, why is she kowtowing?"
"She is praying." Zhou Sui looked at the top of her head, her voice was very soft, "Praying for the end of the war, praying... that everything be over soon, and we can all go home."
The moment the words fell, Zhou An got out of her arms, knelt on the ground and kowtowed.
Zhou Sui felt sour and pulled Zhou An into her arms and kissed her: "The gods heard it. The war will be over soon. An An, we can go home soon. We can eat whatever we want, sleep in your princess bed, and see mom and dad."
Zhou An's mouth tightened, and tears fell heavily. She didn't dare to cry, but just kept nodding.
Night fell quickly, and Zhou Sui lightly carved a mark on the wall. Chen Li came to talk to her again, saying that many people were out looking for food, and asked Zhou Sui if she wanted to go out with her.
