Chapter 22 : Ham Sausage
Xing Ming tilted his head and sneezed.
Fan Luo stared at the plaster on his neck and asked, "Is your neck sprained?"
Xing Ming bit the cigarette and said in a vague voice, "I have a stiff neck."
The skin under the plaster was covered with bleeding teeth marks, and the shoulders and back from the back of the neck were covered with nail scratches left by Zhou Sui. Thinking of last night, those beautiful scenes were almost reappearing in his mind. He bit the cigarette and took a deep breath.
Seeing a long bulge in his pocket, Fan Luo reached out and took it out: "What is that? Ham sausage? Where did you get it?"
Xing Ming snatched it back: "This is not edible."
"Not edible?" Fan Luo looked at him in surprise, "Why keep it if you are not going to eat it?"
Xing Ming lowered his eyes, his mind was full of the image of Zhou Sui opening her mouth and sticking out her tongue to snatch the sausage from his mouth, her plump breasts pressed against his chest, her fleshy buttocks sitting on his waist, her thin arms hanging on his neck, and her crying voice sobbing in his ears.
He uttered a low "f*ck" and put the ham back in his pocket. He took a deep puff of his cigarette and said, "I'm going to sleep for a while."
Fan Luo nodded and accidentally saw the tent in his pants. He asked in disbelief, "Really? Brother Ming, you got hard just by looking at a sausage?"
Xing Ming: "..."
Zhou Sui was taken to the Border Defense Corps. She and Zhou An had a hot meal for the first time. Zhou An cried while eating. She hadn't eaten meat for a long time. As soon as she took the first bite, tears streamed down her face.
Zhou Sui wiped her tears and thanked the armed police.
The man's name was Song Weiliang. As his name suggested, he had big, bright eyes and was an upright person, worthy of the respectable uniform he wore.
He placed Zhou Sui and her sister in a room. The room was not big, but it was big enough for them to live in. There was a bed, air conditioning, and candy and chocolate to eat.
Zhou Sui stayed here for two whole days. Finally, news came from outside that the war was over and the enemy was repelled. However, there were heavy losses on the border, not to mention the high-rise buildings, and countless casualties.
When the alarm sounded and it was time to go home, Zhou Sui took Zhou An's hand and ran outside, crying.
Zhou Sui's parents are both doctors. When the disaster struck, they were both trapped in the hospital building. Fortunately, their lives were not in danger, and they only suffered some minor injuries to their arms and legs.
Their home was bombed and they couldn’t go back, so they had to live in the hospital, accompanying their parents every day, waiting for them to recover and for the outside world to resume.
Occasionally, she would think of Xing Ming when the patient's family members passed by her with instant noodles.
I remember his indifferent face as he bit the cigarette.
"Did something happen to you?" Zhou's mother asked softly, "Who gave you this dagger?"
Zhou Sui hurriedly put the dagger into her pocket: "No, I just met a man and he gave it to me for self-defense."
"It was a brother." Zhou An gestured with her hands, "He also gave me a lollipop."
"An An!" Zhou Sui's eyes became serious, and Zhou An pursed his lips, not daring to say a word.
"Sui Sui." Seeing Zhou Sui's reaction, Zhou's mother knew that the man must not be an ordinary person in her heart, so she asked carefully, "Is he a student? Or?"
"Mom, it's really nothing, I'm just very grateful to him." Zhou Sui knew her mother's worries and didn't dare to tell her too much. She just smiled and said, "I guess we'll never meet again."
Zhou's mother hugged her and said, "I'm sorry for making you two sisters suffer. If you have the chance to meet him in the future, you must treat him to a meal."
Zhou Sui looked at the warm sunlight outside the window, smiled and nodded, "Okay."
She would stuff a whole bag of sausage into his mouth by then.
